We have utmost confidence in the quality of our products and want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you find yourself dissatisfied, receive a damaged or faulty product, or encounter an incorrect order, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment, excluding delivery costs. Please note that returns for Sale items and Gift Cards cannot be accepted.

**Return via Post:**

To return goods by post, contact our Customer Care by emailing support@woofyandwhiskers.com.au , who will guide you on the return process and provide you with a return form.

When returning goods by post, please include the following information:

1. Confirmation Email with your Transaction Reference Number
2. Delivery Documentation with your Delivery Number
3. List and description of the goods being returned
4. Reason for returning the goods
5. Completed returns form (if applicable)
6. Receipts for any return charges if claiming a full refund for damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered goods

Important notes for returning goods by post:

- It may take up to 10 days for your parcel to reach us.
- Returned items will be processed within two (2) working days of receipt.
- Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Use a carrier with traceability and insurance for added security.

Please be aware that if you change your mind after purchasing a product, a 25% restocking fee and postage will be charged.
